Cerulean Sonar Omnitrack ROV Positioning System The Omnitrack is Cerulean’s next-gen USBL-based underwater positioning solution, built around a ring-buoy surface module that houses a powerful ROVL Mk III transceiver, plus dual GNSS receivers—for rock-solid heading and global positioning. It’s optimized for easy integration with systems like BlueROV and ArduSub, but it’ll work stand-alone too.

• GNSS-Based Heading & Position

• Dual GNSS receivers override the need for magnetometers, avoiding all that magnetic interference hassle. If GNSS fails (e.g. under a roof or structure), the fallback magnetometer kicks in—so you’re never totally blind.

• Collapsible “T-frame” design with detachable flotation ring makes launching from boats or piers fast and painless. Ethernet and power run over a single CAT5+ cable.

• Plug directly into BlueROV via mavlink2rest. When paired with Tracker-650 DVL and ArduSub, you get fused positioning with zero drift. Prefer your software? No problem—Cerulean’s SonarView will handle it fine in standalone mode.
