Returns and Refund Policy 

At AlphaGeo UK Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service to all our business customers. Please review the following policy, which applies to all transactions.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made by business customers only. Business customers are not covered by consumer distance selling regulations or automatic “cooling-off” periods. If you are purchasing as a consumer, the standard consumer distance regulations apply.

2. Returns Period

Returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria below. Returns outside this period will not normally be accepted unless required by law or under warranty.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Custom-made, configured, or special-order products (including software licences, digital items, or items ordered specifically for the customer) cannot be returned, except where defective.

  • Consumables, perishable goods, or software downloads are non-returnable.

  • Any goods returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

4. Return Authorisation

To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@alphageouk.com within the 14-day window.

Provide:

  • Your company name and order/invoice number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) reference will be issued. Returns received without an RMA may not be accepted.

5. Return Delivery

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied in error.

  • All returns must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service. AlphaGeo UK Ltd accepts no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds and Credit Notes

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, AlphaGeo UK Ltd may issue a refund or credit note, less any applicable restocking or handling fees (typically up to 20%).

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or on account within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • Goods returned without prior authorisation or not meeting eligibility conditions may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Any goods received damaged, faulty, or not as ordered must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Where a defect is verified, AlphaGeo UK Ltd will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion and at no cost to the customer.

  • Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

  • Orders for customised or special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • If goods have already been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return under this policy.

9. Warranty

All products are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty terms may vary by product and manufacturer.

10. Policy Updates

AlphaGeo UK Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
