GeoMB 401 is a compact, all-in-one multibeam echosounder designed to deliver reliable, high-resolution bathymetric data in demanding survey environments. Operating at 400 kHz with 512 beams and more than 140° swath coverage, it combines multibeam processing, navigation, motion sensing and sound velocity measurement in an integrated system.

Integral Applanix AP+ GNSS/IMU and SVP help reduce setup complexity, alignment errors and latency between sensors, while real-time motion and sound velocity compensation support consistent data quality as conditions change. Third-party GNSS/IMU and SVP sensors are also supported, with navigation data available to external acquisition and processing software.

Compact, robust and low power, GeoMB is optimised for rapid mobilisation on small survey vessels, vessels of opportunity and uncrewed survey vessels. It is suited to hydrographic, dredging and environmental surveys, rapid environmental assessment, inland waterway and seabed mapping, and infrastructure inspection.
