The UVision UScanner is a revolutionary underwater 3D imaging system that bridges the gap between simple video inspection and high-end subsea surveying. By synchronising high-definition 2.3MP stereo stills with integrated IMU and depth sensors, the UScanner generates photorealistic 3D models with millimetre-level precision. At the heart of the system is the UController software, which provides real-time point cloud rendering. This allows pilots to "see" the 3D model being built in real-time, ensuring no spots are missed and eliminating the need for costly re-dives.

Designed for maximum operational flexibility, the UScanner features a hard-anodized aluminium housing and a 1TB internal storage capacity, handling the heavy data loads required for complex photogrammetry. Whether mounted as the primary sensor on a BlueROV2, integrated into a Saab Seaeye Tiger, or used handheld by a diver, the system maintains a low data bandwidth (<10Mbps), making it compatible with almost any tethered platform. From harbour wall inspections to offshore wind turbine maintenance, the UVision UScanner turns raw subsea data into actionable, measurable digital twins.

1. Advanced Global Shutter Technology: Unlike standard cameras, the UScanner captures every pixel simultaneously. This prevents the "jello effect" and geometric warping caused by ROV movement, ensuring every measurement taken from the 3D model is accurate to the millimetre.

3. Optimised Optical Path: High-quality Dome Ports correct for underwater light refraction and edge distortion. This ensures the 90° field of view is razor-sharp from corner to corner, which is critical for successful photogrammetric alignment.

4. Simplified Cloud Processing: Post-dive, data is processed via the UVisualiser pipeline. This streamlined workflow allows customers to inspect, annotate, and download scaled 3D models directly through a convenient web portal, reducing the need for expensive on-site processing hardware.
