The Tritex NDT Multigauge 6000 Drone Thickness Gauge is a pioneering ultrasonic inspection system engineered specifically for UAV integration, enabling non-destructive metal thickness measurement from the air. Designed for infrastructure inspection, offshore maintenance, ship hull surveys, and corrosion assessment, it combines Multiple Echo Technology with drone mobility for unmatched versatility.

This advanced system measures through protective coatings up to 20 mm thick, requiring no zeroing or surface preparation. Its long-range wireless transmitter (up to 500 m) ensures reliable real-time data transmission to the operator or ground station, with all readings automatically logged and processed using the included Communicator software.

The gauge features Intelligent Probe Recognition (IPR) for automatic optimization and Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS) to ensure only true and valid readings are recorded. Built from lightweight, durable materials, it minimizes drone power consumption while maintaining resilience in challenging field environments.

The Multigauge 6000 kit includes all accessories required for seamless drone integration—compatible with most UAVs, including DJI Matrice 210 and M300 RTK models—and complies with BS EN 15317:2013, ISO 9001, ROHS, and WEEE standards.
